About 4 hours or (157 miles). The scenic drive through the spine of the Canadian Rockies to the charming resort of Jasper is a highlight in itself. At the Columbia Icefield you can take a “Snocoach” tour onto the Athabasca Glacier, and experience an unforgettable heli-sightseeing tour—including lunch at the perfect landing. Search for wildlife in spectacular Jasper National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walks lead to shimmering lakes, dramatic canyons and waterfalls, culminating in an interpretive boat cruise on world-famous Maligne Lake. |

Mount Engadine Lodge sits in the shadow of its namesake peak, at the head of the expansive and pristine Spray Valley Provincial Park.
